Put it this way. We will always get negative feedback that it’s never a good time to invest. Better wait until the prices stabilise, or certain factors hopefully come. Etc..
Then suddenly realised that it’s already 1 year later, and property prices had yet again gone up. And now it’s a worse time to get in. Fast-forward to another 20 years, and guess what?
All properties had appreciated in value due also to inflation, and our lovely friend has yet to enter the market. Does this sound familiar? 🙂
I’m sure most of us has family or friends who said the same things to us. And always saying the situation is still not right yet. But just one question to ask yourself. When would be the right time? It ultimately depends on your game plan.
But most people do not have a game plan. They would invest based on hearsay, speculation, following the crows. And if it made money, good. But if it doesn’t, it will easily take 5-10 years for it to be rectified.
Which is why for Property Fast Track, our style is Make Money Buying The Property, Make Money Holding The Property, and Make Money Selling The Property; whether it’s up market, down market or even side market.. and it’s all based on game-plan.
What do I mean? It just means that we can freely enter the market any time we want, and invest according to our game-plan, and still can make money. That’s a lot to say compared to the rest who only “Hope” for capital appreciation and hopefully can sell at a better price later on.
That’s a risk we can’t afford to take. It just basically means being powerless against the tide, but hoping and praying that somehow it will all make sense in the end.
Then, wouldn’t it make more sense to be empowered and take actions that guarantees profits rather than banking on Hope strategy?
So for us, 2017 is a good year to invest. So as 2018, 2019, 2038 etc. As long as we strictly follow our game plan.
