So it is no wonder that today, many people are eagerly snapping up properties, especially during property launches.
In fact, for most people, it is so easy today to buy property(s) nowadays! Listen to friend or relative telling you where is “Good” to invest, and All you have to do is to just walk in to any developer’s office or sales gallery, ‘poke’, take our your “plastic card” (Credit card) and you’ve just bought yourself a property!
But how do you know if it’s the Right property that you’ve bought? It might be Right for your relative or friend, but it might not be for you.. And… what if it doesn’t complete? Or the unit is facing very unfavorable views (facing graveyard, noisy highway etc)?
